Project Assistance and Supervision Service

We take on responsibility for Clients sub-contracts and follow up their deliveries from Contract award to Mechanical Completion. Our aim is to use our unique experience to help our Customers succeed with their Sub-Contracts. We set up the team to secure Sub-Contractors performance and delivery according to Customers Contract with Sub-Supplier.

NLI has over the years developed well-proven procedures and know-how to secure HSE, QA, COST and DELIVERY. NLI can offer various contract model for Project assistance and supervision. (ea. Fixed price, incentive models, hourly reimbursement, etc.)
