Project Description

Boliden Odda AS, a zinc smelter located in Odda, Hardanger, has started an expansion project called Green Zinc Odda 4.0 (GZO) with an ambition to be the greenest and most advanced zinc producer in the world.

NLI Scope

All supply and installation of building and process electro services for the Leach and Purification Area, also including infrastructure cables for high voltage and installation of fiber.
The works are scheduled from February 2023 till May 2024.
At peak there will be more than 120 people working at the contact. Estimated workload of some 100.000 operating man-hours and 30.000 hours related to management and engineering. The works will be executed in collaboration with Kvinnherad Elektro AS.
