Project Description

Yara Porsgrunn are carrying out the CN Expansion Project to increase the capacity of calcium nitrate (CN). The project includes design and build a new limestone intake line, new dissolving process units in one of the fertilizer plants and building two new storage tanks.

NLI Scope

Delivery of three complete dissolving tanks and one buffer tank. The delivery includes design, manufacturing, delivery, erection and testing of 4 units of single walled tanks to the CN Expansion Project. In addition to the delivery, there are two auxiliary tanks to be designed, manufactured and site installed in the project.

The works are carried out in collaboration with Nordic Tank Solutions. Installation at site will start-up in August and are schedules to be completed during December 2023.
