To further strengthen our Project Support team, Mateusz Mikolajczyk is employed as Site Manager at NLI Engineering from 01st November 2024.

Mateusz comes from Straye Industri, where he was a Project manager, Department Engineer for the past 1,5 year. In this role, Mateusz was responsible for planning and coordinating projects, setting goals and schedules, and managing the team. Additionally, he was responsible for HMS and quality management.

Mateusz has an education in Environmental Civil Engineering from State Higher Vocational School PWSZ.

He is 32 years old and lives in Porsgrunn.
