Yara Clean Ammonia AS, Yara Porsgrunn, has awarded NLI Elektrosystemer the contract for the E&I works, Skrei Project, Herøya.
Yara has decided to build a new electrolysis plant at Herøya with tie ins to the existing plant for ammonia production. The new plant will be built by the German EPC provider Linde, as well as other contractors. The Skrei Project includes works prior to the construction of the new plant and the works are scheduled from summer 2022 till spring 2023.
NLIs scope of work comprises:
- Earthing
- Cable ladders
- Lightning
- Installation in the switchroom
- Heat tracing
- Installation of power and signal cables to consumers in the new plant
- F&G
- Temporary power supply
- Hook ups, instrument and valves installation
